Pre-Sales Engineer
Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates and technical proposals to meet client's requirements.
Determine the technical requirements to achieve customer goals.
Prepare RFIs and respond to RFPs related to tenders.
Pitch solutions to customers, explaining the features and benefits of products or services.
Analyze market potential before launching any product or service.
Manage sales activities, including preparation of quotations, bids, site surveys, specification writing, and design.
Communicate with internal departments to fulfill customized contracts.
Communicate with vendors to obtain the best offers.
Follow up on project milestones to ensure successful delivery.
Follow up with clients and build relationships.
Conduct site surveys when needed.
Calculate, review, and finalize quotations for clients.
Skills and Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Good communication and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a team and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in reading and developing AutoCAD drawings and designs using tools such as MS Visio.
Experience in low-current systems and IT.
Experience in the contracting field.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to manage sales activities and deliver excellent customer service.
